From Jason Long
ATTENTION: Coaches and Parents,
I am certain your child or players enjoy playing as much as they possibly can and I'd like to think that I know, without a doubt, that you want them to have every advantage possible to play and perform at their best.
The fact that you're reading this right now confirms that suspicion of mine and speaks volume about your desire to help your child and/or players.
It's that desire that can prevent your child or players from becoming another statistic. What do I mean? Over 35 million children ages 4-14 participate in some form of organized youth sports and over 70% of kids drop out of organized youth sports by age 13, missing opportunities for socialization, character development, exercise and fun. (National Alliance for Youth Sports)
Another statistic states that up to 75% of kids drop out of youth sports by the time they are 13, mostly because there just not having fun anymore but also it may likely be a result of kids receiving little playing time which can hurt their confidence. (Youthsportpsychology.com)
That is a nasty statistic, especially when you think of all the benefits derived from participating in organized sports: teamwork, leadership skills, all of the great socialization and character development, fun, work ethic and more.
If a young athlete isn't receiving much playing time or is reluctant to get involved in particular sports it begs to reason that their specific skill and performance in general as an athlete or for that sport is not adequate or at least at a level high enough where the young athlete would feel comfortable and confident enough to get involved or good enough to receive more playing time.
That is exactly where we come in.
Now if there is a young athlete who already is a star but wants to bullet proof there body from injury so they don't miss a beat or simply take their performance to a much higher level then that's where we come in as well. After all, that is why we've completely re-vamped this program, to provide our athletes with even more significant results and game changing improvements.
Teaching Young Athletes the Tools for Better Performance and the Positive Outlook and Belief they need to have to Achieve What They Want!
I'm talking about things like:
· Dramatic changes in their Confidence and Self-Esteem through absolute significant changes in their performance
o Faster all around movements
o Quicker 1st step and Acceleration
o Faster Change of Direction
o Improved Strength
o Reduced risk of injury
o Greater Explosiveness
o Improved all around Coordination
o Laser like focus and precision through enhanced visual skills
o Greater Core Strength
PLUS, If they go through our unique Movement Efficiency Assessment they will experience a variety of drills meant to remove any brakes that are currently holding them back from performing at a higher level.
In fact, just this afternoon I worked with a young athlete that improved his standing vertical jump a whopping 4 INCHES in less than 1 minute simply from observing specific levels of threat and inefficiency and then providing the right drill(s) to remove that threat or brakes that were holding him back from performing better.
Had I also performed a pre/post test on nearly anything else, a 20yd dash speed test, Agility T-test, strength test you name it I GUARANTEE that he would have experienced significant improvement with those areas as well.
Before I list the remainder of the details, I'd like you to know that our goal is to provide not only the best results possible but an experience and atmosphere where each child can realize their potential, capabilities, and most importantly have FUN.
Though your child will have FUN in our New HEAD Start Performance program, it is important not to misinterpret that as being misguided, lacking structure and/or ultimately mitigating the results they will achieve.
It is implemented in a way that is fun, which at this young age is the most important to keeping their interest. You can liken it to hiding pureed vegetables in soup. At such a young age, a child must enjoy the experience itself in order to stay interested. We as coaches know the final outcome expected of each drill as well as the program as a whole, but we recognize that the important part with working with a young age group is that we infuse key skills into an overall fun and exciting program.
Best of all...We GUARANTEE an improvement in each athletes performance that attends our regular program
TREO Sports & Fitness has consistently made significant improvements in all the athletes they work with BUT in their endless pursuit to create the best programs and results they have completely RE-DESIGNED, UPGRADED, and OUTDONE their prior Youth Performance Training Program
Dramatic .34s, .31s, .53s, .34s, .32s, .49s, .51s, .25s reductions in previous athletes Agility T-test of more. Slashes in the 20yd dash time of .16s, .15s, .14s, .47s are great and significant changes but just as we expect the most from every athlete we work with, we also are always aiming higher ourselves.
What did we do? We Completely "raised the bar" with our RE-VAMPED Total Conditioning Performance Program (all the details are below) that will have your child performing better than they ever have with their head held high through their new found confidence and belief in themselves from the leading performance training company in the area.
